1. What is a cookie
A cookie is a small text file a website places on your device. We also use “cookie” loosely to cover similar technologies (local storage, session storage) when they have the same privacy effect.
2. What we set - strictly necessary only
At launch aiso-learn.com only sets strictly necessary cookies required to operate the site and protect it from abuse. No consent is required for these under Portuguese ePrivacy law (Lei n.º 41/2004).

3. What we do NOT set at launch
- Analytics cookies - none. We are not running Google Analytics, Plausible, PostHog, or any other analytics on aiso-learn.com at launch. If we add analytics later, we will deploy a consent banner and require explicit opt-in before any analytics cookie is set.
- Marketing / advertising cookies - none. We do not run retargeting pixels or ad-network cookies.
- Cross-site trackers, social-share trackers - none.
4. How to control cookies
- Your browser controls all cookie storage. Every major browser lets you view, block, or delete cookies for this site from its settings menu.
- Blocking all cookies may break form submissions (the CSRF token and Turnstile will fail) but reading the site will still work.
5. When we add analytics
If we later enable analytics (for example to understand which pages help teams prepare for the AI Act), we will:
- Publish a consent banner with Accept / Reject / Manage options;
- Ensure no analytics cookie is placed until you accept; and
- Update this page with the new processor and cookie details at least 14 days before the change.
