2. Nature of the website
aiso-learn.com is an informational and lead-generation website. At launch it offers:

4. Scorecard and waitlist
- The Scorecard is provided free of charge. The result and action plan are informational and do not constitute legal, regulatory, or compliance advice.
- Joining the waitlist does not create a contract. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send you, or by emailing privacy@aiso-group.com.

We give you our best work. We do not guarantee specific outcomes (audit pass, headcount uplift, regulatory verdict) - these depend on factors outside our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with this website is limited to direct damages and capped at €100. Where a paid engagement exists, the engagement agreement governs.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Portuguese or EU law.
