Curriculum

What a curriculum actually looks like.

Every program we run starts with a written curriculum sized to the team. This page shows the shape - sections, session types, practicum, and evidence - so you know what you are buying before you book a call.

Curriculum shape

A typical curriculum for a single team runs four to eight weeks and is built in four sections. A Public Cohort curriculum follows the same shape at a shared pace. An Enterprise Program stitches several team-shaped curricula together with a shared risk and compliance track.

Four sections

Foundations → Tools → Practicum → Evidence

  1. 1
    Week 1-2

    Foundations

Language, terms, and the AI landscape the team actually touches. Policy and Article 4 literacy where the team sits in an EU legal-obligation posture. Short written exercises, no tools yet.

  2. 2
    Week 2-3

    Tools in the hand

Guided work in the tools your team will actually use. Prompt patterns, review patterns, and the failure modes we've seen in real projects. Everyone leaves with a tool-kit document they wrote.

  3. 3
    Week 3-5

    Practicum

Live work on your team's real tasks with teacher feedback. Every participant produces a short artefact - a prompt library, a review rubric, a small automation, a policy draft.

  4. 4
    Week 5-6

    Evidence and playbook

Written evidence of what each participant learned. Team playbook for day-to-day AI use. Article 4 pack if you operate under EU legal obligation.

Session types

Teaching sessions

60-90 minutes, live, recorded. Explainer + worked example + questions from the room.

Workshop sessions

90-120 minutes, live, hands-on. Everyone leaves with a working artefact they built.

Practicum feedback

Short, scheduled, one teacher to a small group. Direct feedback on real work, not assignments.

Office hours

Optional, between sessions. Support as real questions arise on the team's actual tasks.

What participants keep

Written materials, prompt libraries, review rubrics, a team playbook, and a per-participant evidence pack. Everything is documentation your HR or compliance lead can file.

What we adjust

The curriculum bends to the team. We adjust:

  • Section weights - a legal team spends more time on risk, a marketing team spends more on tools
  • Session count - four-week programs compress, eight-week programs deepen
  • Practicum topics - always your team’s real work
  • Evidence format - to match what your compliance lead needs filed
