Next 30 days
- Name one person who owns AI literacy for the team (doesn’t have to be senior, does have to be answerable)
- Ask every team member to write three sentences on what AI work they do, weekly
- Read the Article 4 pillar; circulate to the leadership lead
Next 60 days
- Agree on two AI tasks per role you want documented and taught consistently
- Agree on a review practice for AI output in work that touches customers or compliance
- Decide whether you will run training in-house, with a partner, or a blend
Next 90 days
- Start a structured program (Team Engagement or a Public Cohort seat)
- Produce a first evidence pack - even rough - so you see the shape of the audit artefact
